- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth to deglaze and then stir in the butter mixture until well combined.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce. Simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
