  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Brush half of the glaze over the fillets.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes in the preheated oven.
  5. Remove from the oven and brush remaining glaze over the fillets.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving hot.
