- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Brush half of the glaze over the fillets.
- Bake for 8 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Remove from the oven and brush remaining glaze over the fillets.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving hot.
