Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub olive oil over chicken breasts; season generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chicken in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side).
- Add minced garlic; cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth; let simmer while scraping the pan's bottom.
- Stir in sour cream until combined; bubble for about 5 minutes.
- Top each chicken breast with shredded Jack cheese; transfer to the oven and bake for around 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and paprika before serving.
