- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish and spread barbecue sauce on top. Bake for 25 minutes.
- While baking, cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; whisk in flour and gradually add milk until thickened.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until smooth; fold in cooked macaroni until coated.
- Spoon mac and cheese over the meatloaf layer and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
