- 2 bags Frozen peaches (20 ounces each)
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 stick Butter (unsalted)
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- Spices: Cinnamon and Nutmeg
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a greased 9×13 baking dish, combine frozen peaches with sugars, butter, spices, corn starch, and lemon juice. Mix well and bake covered for 20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut cold butter into the dry mixture until crumbly. Add hot water and stir until just combined.
- Remove peaches from the oven and spoon dough over them in dollops.
- Sprinkle remaining sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake uncovered for another 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
