Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no pink remains.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in refried beans and heat until warmed through.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and warm tortillas until pliable.
- Spoon filling into each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish with a layer of enchilada sauce.
- Top with remaining sauce and cheeses.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
