- 8 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds or hazelnuts)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp agar-agar powder
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler method until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
- Dissolve agar-agar powder in water as per package instructions and bring to a boil.
- Fold melted chocolate into half of the whipped cream, then add the agar-agar mixture.
- Layer chopped nuts at the bottom of serving glasses, followed by the chocolate-cream blend. Repeat layers until filled.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
