- 2 lbs ground beef (or ground turkey)

Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by dicing onions and bell peppers and mincing garlic.
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked.
- Add in the onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, beef broth, and spices.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 45 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving hot.
