Instructions

  2. Blend honeydew with another 2 tablespoons of coconut water until creamy. Layer over the frozen cantaloupe and freeze for an additional 30 minutes.
  3. Blend watermelon with 2 tablespoons of coconut water until smooth. Pour on top of the honeydew layer and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  4. To serve, gently pull on the sticks to remove from molds.
