Ingredients
- 1 cup honeydew
- 1 cup cantaloupe
- 1 cup watermelon
- 16.9 oz coconut water
Instructions
- Blend cantaloupe with 2 tablespoons of coconut water until smooth. Pour into molds and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Blend honeydew with another 2 tablespoons of coconut water until creamy. Layer over the frozen cantaloupe and freeze for an additional 30 minutes.
- Blend watermelon with 2 tablespoons of coconut water until smooth. Pour on top of the honeydew layer and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- To serve, gently pull on the sticks to remove from molds.
