Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes before removing from heat and mixing in turkey bacon.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread the cooled beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Roll up tightly from one long edge and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg. Bake at 375°F for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
