- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 small onion (finely diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- ¼ cup diced pickles (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
- 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes before removing from heat and mixing in turkey bacon.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the cooled beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Roll up tightly from one long edge and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg. Bake at 375°F for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
