- 120 ml sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 240 ml jalapeños (diced)
- 475 ml turkey bacon (crumbled, plus extra for coating)
- Fresh chives (finely minced)
- 15 ml mayonnaise
- ½ medium red onion (optional)
- 5 ml ground black pepper
- 5 ml cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sharp cheddar, diced jalapeños, turkey bacon crumbles (reserve some for coating), optional red onion, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until fluffy.
- Spread remaining turkey bacon crumbles on a shallow dish.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion out the mixture and roll into small balls.
- Roll each ball in the turkey bacon crumbles to coat evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled with crackers or fresh vegetables.
