- 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook turkey bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove from heat and chop.
- Sauté sliced onions in the same pan until translucent (about 5 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped turkey bacon, sautéed onions, chopped tomatoes, eggs, milk, and shredded cheese; mix well.
- Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and pour the filling mixture into it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before enjoying.
