- 20 ounces cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
- 8 slices Turkey Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup grape tomatoes (halved)
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup red onion (finely chopped)
- ½ cup frozen peas (thawed)
- ½ cup diced bell pepper
- ½ cup black olives
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooled tortellini, crumbled turkey bacon, grape tomatoes, cheddar cheese, red onion, peas, bell pepper, and black olives.
- Pour ranch dressing over the mixture and stir gently until well-coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
