- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 3 cups shredded turkey
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 ounces provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, and dijon mustard for the glaze.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and lay the bottoms in a baking dish.
- Layer with shredded turkey, dollop with cranberry sauce, and add provolone cheese slices.
- Place the tops back on the rolls and brush with the glaze. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
