- 9 cups Rice or Corn Chex cereal
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup Valentine’s M&Ms
- 1 cup mini pretzel knots
- 2 tbsp heart-shaped sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, place the Chex cereal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth; stir in vanilla.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a zip-top bag, add powdered sugar, seal tightly, and shake to coat.
- Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet; sprinkle with M&Ms, pretzels, sprinkles while still tacky. Let set for about 20 minutes.
- Once set, break apart clumps and store in an airtight container.
