- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 4–5 apples (cored and sliced)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons apricot jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Add chilled vegan butter and mix until crumbly. Gradually add cold water until dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and press it into the tart pan, trimming any excess.
- In another bowl, toss apple slices with sugar, cinnamon, and optional lemon juice.
- Arrange the apples in the tart shell and drizzle melted vegan butter over them.
- Bake for about 70 minutes until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
- Brush apricot jam over warm apples before serving.
