Instructions
- Sauté the chopped onions in olive oil over medium heat until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Transfer the mushroom mixture to a food processor. Add walnuts, soy sauce (or tamari), nutritional yeast, thyme, salt, and pepper. Blend until you reach a smooth yet chunky consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Chill the pâté in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy with crackers, bread slices, or fresh vegetables.
