- 400 grams full-fat coconut milk
Instructions
- Blend tofu, peanut butter, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into ramekins or jars and refrigerate while preparing ganache.
- Melt dark chocolate using microwave or double boiler; mix in the creamy part of coconut milk.
- Pour ganache over the mousse and chill for one hour before serving.
