Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine chopped strawberries with sugar, lemon juice, and flour in a bowl; set aside.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar for the cake.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, oil, vinegar (if using), and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
- Layer half of the batter in a greased baking pan followed by half of the strawberries; repeat layers.
- Prepare crumb topping using flour, sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon; sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for about 65 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
