Instructions
- In a small saucepan, gently simmer the heavy cream and stir in the softened butter until combined.
- Mix in the powdered freeze-dried blueberries until smooth.
- Melt the chopped white chocolate in a double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Combine both mixtures at similar temperatures by folding the blueberry mixture into the melted chocolate until well blended.
- Chill for 2-3 hours or overnight until firm enough to handle.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and coat each truffle with powdered sugar.
