- 1 cup chopped Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Chill dough for 1 hour.
- For the cheesecake filling, beat softened cream cheese with sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Scoop chilled dough into disks; place cheesecake filling in the center and fold over to seal.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on a wire rack.
- Melt white chocolate chips; drizzle over cooled cookies and sprinkle with chopped Reese's.
