Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet.
- Toss chicken with garlic powder, black pepper, chili flakes, and flour on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with melted butter or olive oil and mix well.
- Add broccoli to the baking sheet, tossing with remaining butter, salt, and pepper.
- Bake chicken and broccoli for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- While baking, whisk together sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Combine baked chicken with sauce before returning to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
