- 1 envelope Cherry Kool-Aid powder
- 1 envelope Mixed Berry Kool-Aid powder
- Juice from 1 lemon (or 1 tablespoon lemon juice)
- 1 ½ cups sugar (divided)
- 6 cups club soda (divided)
- 6 cups ice (about 3 trays, divided)
Instructions
- Crush one tray (2 cups) of ice in a blender and set aside.
- For the cherry slush: Blend Cherry Kool-Aid, 1 cup club soda, and ½ cup sugar until combined. Add crushed ice and blend briefly.
- Fill cups one-third full with the cherry mixture and freeze for one hour.
- Prepare the lemon layer using lemon juice instead of Cherry Kool-Aid and repeat the blending process.
- Make the mixed berry slush following the same method as the cherry slush.
- Once all layers are ready, serve immediately for optimum texture.
