Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan generously.
- In a mixing bowl, blend sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and eggs using an electric mixer until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; gradually combine with wet ingredients.
- Fold in diced apples gently.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the glaze, melt butter in a saucepan and stir in brown sugar and heavy cream until bubbling; add vanilla extract.
- Cool the cake for 10 minutes before glazing.
