  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar (regular or white)
  • 4 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 34 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 4 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. minced ginger
  • 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, layer the coleslaw mix with rotisserie chicken, toasted almonds, dried cranberries, red onion, sesame sticks (if using), and cilantro.
  2. Prepare the dressing by blending olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, honey or brown sugar, ginger, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until well combined. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
