Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy; chop and set aside.
- Boil the eggs for 11 minutes, then cool in an ice bath before peeling.
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mash egg yolks with avocado; stir in cilantro, lime juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Pipe or spoon the mixture back into egg whites; top with turkey bacon.
