Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin pan with tulip liners.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture; mix well.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients alternately with milk until just combined.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Fill muffin liners evenly with batter and top with reserved strawberries.
- Sprinkle turbinado sugar on top and bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
