Instructions
- Cut chicken into 1 to 1.5-inch chunks. In a mixing bowl, combine with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise with sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; lightly oil the grate.
- Grill skewers for about 10 minutes total, turning occasionally until golden brown.
- Serve with remaining bang bang sauce drizzled on top or on the side.
