- 3 ripe bananas (sliced)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat butter or oil over medium-high heat and caramelize sliced bananas for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Grease a baking dish if not using a skillet; layer cooked bananas and then mixed berries.
- In a bowl, combine bulgur, oats, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon; sprinkle over the berries.
- Whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract; pour evenly over the bulgur mixture.
- Top with coconut flakes if desired.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
