Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
- Slice zucchini and squash lengthwise into ⅓-inch thick pieces using a sharp knife or mandolin.
- Place sliced vegetables on a baking sheet, brush with avocado oil, and season with garlic powder and kosher salt on both sides.
- Grill the slices for 2-3 minutes per side until grill marks appear and they are tender yet crisp.
- Serve topped with garlic and dill mayonnaise.
