Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix using a food processor or hand blender until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped chicken, broccoli, red onion, and red bell pepper. Pour in the dressing and mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
