Instructions

  2. While the pasta cooks, mix diced tomatoes and onions in a bowl. Add basil, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and 3 tbsp olive oil; let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Once pasta is cooked and drained, toss it with remaining olive oil before adding the bruschetta mixture. Combine gently.
