Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan to form the base.
- Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- Dissolve vegan gelatin in warm water; set aside.
- Combine whipped cream, yogurt, bubblegum extract, and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth.
- Fold in dissolved gelatin into the cream mixture.
- Pour filling over chilled base and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes until set.
- Top with mini marshmallows and sprinkles before slicing.
