Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast tomatoes for 20–25 minutes until slightly charred and juicy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted tomatoes with torn basil leaves.
- Gently place burrata on top, drizzle with more olive oil and balsamic glaze, then serve immediately.
