Instructions
- In a stand mixer bowl, mix warm water, honey, and yeast; let sit until bubbly.
- Add warm milk, Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, salt; mix until combined.
- Knead into a ball; cover and let rise in a warm place for about an hour.
- Prepare the filling by mixing spinach, cheeses, herbs, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Divide risen dough into eight balls; flatten each ball into rounds.
- Place filling in the center of each round; seal dough around the filling and roll into ovals.
- Cook in a hot cast iron skillet brushed with melted butter until golden brown on both sides.
