Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare an 8-inch square metal pan with parchment paper and cooking spray.
- For the streusel topping, combine melted butter, brown sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, chopped nuts in a mixing bowl until crumbly.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until blended.
- Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Top with half of the streusel mix; add remaining batter and cover with the rest of the streusel.
- Bake for about 48 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
