- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- For the cookie crust, mix flour, baking soda, salt; cream butter with sugars and vanilla; add egg; combine dry ingredients and stir in chocolate chips. Press into pan.
- Prepare edible cookie dough by mixing heat-treated flour, salt, butter, sugars, vanilla, milk; fold in chocolate chips.
- For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar; blend in sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla; mix in eggs one at a time; fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Layer half the cheesecake filling over the crust, add dollops of cookie dough mixture on top, then pour remaining filling.
- Bake for about 90 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly. Cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least four hours.
