  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 24 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. For the cookie crust, mix flour, baking soda, salt; cream butter with sugars and vanilla; add egg; combine dry ingredients and stir in chocolate chips. Press into pan.
  3. Prepare edible cookie dough by mixing heat-treated flour, salt, butter, sugars, vanilla, milk; fold in chocolate chips.
  4. For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar; blend in sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla; mix in eggs one at a time; fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Layer half the cheesecake filling over the crust, add dollops of cookie dough mixture on top, then pour remaining filling.
  6. Bake for about 90 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly. Cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least four hours.
