- 3/4 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 3/4 cup chopped pretzels
- 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Place diced strawberries and chopped pretzels in the bottom of each muffin cup.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Microwave for 1 minute; stir until melted (add more time if needed).
- Spoon the melted mixture into each cup, pressing down to coat the fruit and pretzels.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Carefully remove from the pan and enjoy within two days.
