- 4 egg whites

- 14 ounces sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
- 70–90 mini candy eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F and spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together egg whites, sugar, and salt until combined, then mix in coconut.
- Drop 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin cup and press gently to shape into nests.
- Bake for 28-30 minutes until golden brown on top. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, pipe melted chocolate into each nest and add candy eggs.
