Ingredients
- 3 cups Coca-Cola
- 2 cups cranberry juice (100% juice)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Creole mustard
- 1/3 cup red apple vinegar
- 5–6 cloves garlic
- 1–2 racks babyback beef ribs
Instructions
- Blend together Coca-Cola, cranberry juice, brown sugar, mustard, red apple vinegar, garlic, and any additional ingredients until smooth.
- Reserve 1 cup of the glaze per rack of ribs.
- For Crock Pot: Place ribs in the pot and pour half of the remaining glaze over them. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- For Oven: Preheat to 300°F (150°C). Wrap ribs in foil and bake for about 4 hours.
- Baste with reserved glaze every 20 minutes during cooking for added flavor.
