  • 1/3 cup red apple vinegar
  • 56 cloves garlic
  • 12 racks babyback beef ribs

Instructions

  1. Blend together Coca-Cola, cranberry juice, brown sugar, mustard, red apple vinegar, garlic, and any additional ingredients until smooth.
  2. Reserve 1 cup of the glaze per rack of ribs.
  3. For Crock Pot: Place ribs in the pot and pour half of the remaining glaze over them. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  4. For Oven: Preheat to 300°F (150°C). Wrap ribs in foil and bake for about 4 hours.
  5. Baste with reserved glaze every 20 minutes during cooking for added flavor.
