- 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large egg yolks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
- Bake crust for 8 minutes; remove and let cool.
- In another bowl, whisk together lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks until smooth.
- Pour filling into the warm crust and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool on the counter for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled topped with whipped cream and lemon zest.
