Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened unsalted butter and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- Add blueberry flavor paste, whole milk, and salt; mix until well combined.
- Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Fill chocolate molds halfway with melted chocolate, add blueberry buttercream filling, then top with more melted chocolate to seal.
- Refrigerate molds for about 20 minutes until hardened, then gently remove the chocolates.
