Instructions
- Spray two standard muffin tins with non-stick spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips on medium-high for 1 minute, stirring until smooth. If needed, continue heating in 10-second intervals.
- Mix in powdered sugar and creamy peanut butter until well combined. Fold in chow mein noodles until coated.
- Drop rounded tablespoons into muffin tin cavities, pressing gently to form nests. Place three Cadbury eggs in each nest.
- Refrigerate for about 20 minutes until hardened. Remove from tins and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
