Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Cook over medium-low heat until raspberries release their juices.
- Stir regularly until the mixture simmers. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to extract smooth coulis.
- Allow to cool before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
