Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe strawberries with sugar until well combined.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture into six mounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
- Melt the chocolate candy coating according to package instructions in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each frozen strawberry mound into the melted chocolate and return them to parchment paper.
- Freeze again until the chocolate hardens completely.
