Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until medium to stiff peaks form. Refrigerate to keep it cold.
- Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of macadamia nut milk into the melted chocolate until smooth.
- In a blender, combine the chocolate mixture, remaining macadamia nut milk, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the frozen hot chocolate into pre-chilled glasses, top with whipped cream, and add your favorite garnishes.
