Instructions
- In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, melt butter and olive oil. Add minced garlic and whole mushrooms; cook for about five minutes until tender.
- Reduce heat to medium; add cream cheese cubes and stir until melted.
- Lower heat to medium-low; mix in Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for five minutes while stirring often, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
