  • 1 head garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • For garlic butter: 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, reserved minced garlic
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the steak by placing cubed sirloin in a large bowl or zip-top bag.
  2. Peel and mince the garlic, reserving one clove for later garlic butter.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, vegetable oil, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and dry parsley. Pour over the steak and massage to coat thoroughly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Skewer the marinated steak chunks onto metal skewers.
  5. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 135-140°F for medium-rare doneness.
  6. While grilling, melt unsalted butter with reserved minced garlic to create garlic butter.
  7. Brush the cooked skewers with garlic butter before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
