Instructions

- Add softened butter, sour cream, egg, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Gradually add flour and salt until a soft dough forms; knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread softened butter over it.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the buttered dough.
- Roll tightly from one long side; cut into equal pieces.
- Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish; let rise again for about an hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare icing by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
