- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- Optional garnish: 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
- Season chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, and dried parsley. Coat evenly with two tablespoons of the honey buffalo sauce.
- Preheat grill to medium-low heat. Grill chicken thighs smooth side down.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Baste with remaining sauce during the last few turns.
- Serve warm, garnished with green onions if desired.
